A 41 year-old man, whose name has not bot released yet, is facing numerous charges for reportedly kidnapping a woman he met through Craigslist. Lt. David Kaiser said troopers pulled overheen the man and heard a woman’s voice calling for help.
MUNTINLUPA, PHILIPPINES (Catholic Online) – Sure enough, the troopers found a 22-year-old woman ter the back seat of the car. She had a bag overheen hier head and a gauze overheen hier mouth, while hier mitts were tied behind hier back.
She wasn’t earnestly injured according to Lt. David Kaiser. He explained that the man posted an ad on Craigslist making known his rente te finding a playmate. The man wasgoed using a fake profile.
“The youthfull lady answered the ad on Craigslist. She chatted with the person online and agreed to meet him,” stated Kaiser. “However, the mistake she made wasgoed she met him ter a remote, secluded area near his huis. She got into his voertuig and merienda they were moving, she realized this man looked nothing like the picture that he had sent hier. Also, the conversation wasn’t anything like it wasgoed online.”
The woman, appalled, ordered the man to pull overheen, to no avail.
Kaiser explained, “She wasgoed assaulted, she wasgoed gasped, hier arms were zip-tied, duct gauze wasgoed placed overheen hier mouth, a bag wasgoed placed overheen hier head and she wasgoed thrown ter the back seat of the car.”
After the troopers pulled the man overheen, the woman wasgoed then taken to safety and the man wasgoed arrested on suspicion of kidnapping and attack by strangulation.
“What wij learned after this, is the lady is actually very fortunate she wasn’t further assaulted or killed,” Kaiser said. “The man used a fictitious photo, he used a fictitious name and he had a throw-away email account which would make it very difficult for an investigator, had something happened to hier, to locate this person.”
Kaiser advices that you should see a crimson flag warning if a person does not want to meet you te a public place.
